Job Requirements

Possess the interest and ability to actively work to become Barista certified by passing all required trainings and certifications within 90 days of start date
Ability to perform various physical tasks during the work shift
Be extremely reliable and punctual
Exhibit a friendly and energetic demeanor
Willingness to learn and embrace feedback
Available to work flexible schedules according to operational needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service or coffee preparation is beneficial
Demonstrated passion for quality and interest in learning about coffee
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Welcomes customers and engages with them throughout their store experience
Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
Serves customers with a sense of urgency demonstrating customer-first service
Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of coffee and tea
Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products and expands product knowledge
Maintains a clean and well-stocked store environment
