Job Duties

Use the cash register to ring orders
provide quality hand-crafted beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
interact with all customers in a friendly and fast manner
ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store including wiping tables, sweeping floors, disposing of garbage, straightening tables, and maintaining restrooms
follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety, and security
maintain a clean and organized workspace
follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
maintain regular and punctual attendance
complete other tasks and duties as assigned
