- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
- restaurant or coffee shop experience strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Use the cash register to ring orders
- provide quality hand-crafted beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- interact with all customers in a friendly and fast manner
- ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store including wiping tables, sweeping floors, disposing of garbage, straightening tables, and maintaining restrooms
- follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety, and security
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
- complete other tasks and duties as assigned
