We are currently seeking a full-time seasonal Barista to join our dedicated team. The Barista role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests by delivering prompt, high-quality service paired with expertly crafted beverages. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages to exacting standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and fostering positive interactions with customers. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in both calm and fast-paced settings. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
basic knowledge of beverage preparation preferred
ability to operate beverage machines and equipment
ability to learn and operate Point of Sale system
strong interpersonal skills
ability to handle cash accurately
ability to maintain cleanliness and follow health standards
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
reliable and punctual
good communication skills

Basic knowledge of beverage preparation
ability to operate beverage equipment
ability to operate keyboard and learn Point of Sale procedures
ability to memorize, recite and promote menu items
ability to work well under pressure

basic mathematical skills to operate cash register and manage transactions
exceptional customer service skills

professionalism in guest and associate interactions
barista training or experience preferred
