Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation preferred
- ability to operate beverage machines and equipment
- ability to learn and operate Point of Sale system
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow health standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation
- ability to operate beverage equipment
- ability to operate keyboard and learn Point of Sale procedures
- ability to memorize, recite and promote menu items
- ability to work well under pressure
- patience, tact and diplomacy
- consistent attendance and punctuality
- basic mathematical skills to operate cash register and manage transactions
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to work as a productive team member and contribute positive energy
- professionalism in guest and associate interactions
- barista training or experience preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome and connect with every customer
- anticipate customer needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
- respond promptly to customer needs and express thanks to all customers
- provide consistent quality beverages for all customers
- prepare beverages according to set standards
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
- perform cleaning tasks as per cleaning standards
- adhere to cash handling procedures and cash register policies
- manage inventory stocking and record keeping
