The Lodge boasts inviting spaces such as the Leaps and Bounds Cafe, a vibrant, service-oriented cafe that balances the charm of a cozy atmosphere with the professionalism of a well-run operation. Green Bay, a city with a rich community spirit and a love for quality service, serves as the perfect setting for this thriving cafe. This full-time position, requiring 38-40 hours per week, includes shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., covering weekdays and weekends, with weekends shifts ending by 12:30 p.m. CST. Weekend, holiday, and Packer game coverage during the fall season are essential parts of this role, reflecting the dynamic and guest-focused nature of the cafe.

As a Barista at Leaps and Bounds Cafe, you will be a key contributor to creating meaningful guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service. You will handle the preparation of cafe menu items with accuracy and consistency, ensuring that every product meets the high standards of quality and freshness associated with the Lodge Kohler brand. The role involves supporting breakfast room service orders and actively engaging with guests to provide prompt, courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations. Beyond food and beverage preparation, this position requires managing sales transactions with precision, reconciling payments, and maintaining an organized and professional environment at the cafe. The Barista is also responsible for enforcing cafe policies and safety procedures, addressing guest concerns with care, and upholding the overall hospitality standards of Lodge Kohler. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work shifts between 6 00 a m and 2 30 p m including weekdays and weekends
availability for weekend holiday and Packer game coverage during the fall season
prior food and beverage service experience preferred
strong communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to follow safety and hygiene standards
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
