Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work shifts between 6 00 a m and 2 30 p m including weekdays and weekends
- availability for weekend holiday and Packer game coverage during the fall season
- prior food and beverage service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide prompt courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
- prepare cafe menu items accurately and efficiently following established recipes and procedures
- support breakfast room service orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- accurately process all sales and settlements using the cash register system
- reconcile sales and payments in accordance with standard operating procedures
- monitor food freshness and product quality to meet or exceed service standards
- maintain strong knowledge of cafe policies and procedures and clearly communicate them to guests when needed
