Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time Monday through Friday
- Must be able to handle cash and process charge payments
- Ability to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista experience

- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Follow HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments
- Greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
- Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately
- Serve as an advocate of selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting customer buying decisions
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly
- Perform other duties as assigned
