Job Requirements

- open availability for full time schedule
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive tasks
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- compliance with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience an asset but not required
- ability to operate POS systems
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- open availability preferred
Job Duties
- Makes and serves coffee and espresso drinks using standard recipes
- handles food according to HACCP guidelines
- interacts with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- enters orders accurately into POS system and processes payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment and utensils
- ensures proper food presentation and serving temperatures
- cleans workstations thoroughly
- promotes selling techniques and assists customers with product choices
