Job Requirements
- Previous coffee and barista experience required
- Ability to perform duties in compliance with food safety standards
- Availability to work full time Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Ability to stand and move during shift
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous coffee and barista experience
- Ability to interact courteously with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently preventing delays
