- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Ability to operate POS devices
- Must be able to handle cash and charge payments
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shift

- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in service areas
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Follow HACCP standards for food safety
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
