Job Requirements
- flexible availability including weekends and Sundays
- ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
- motivated and reliable team player
- ability to cross-train and adapt to multiple roles
- strong communication skills
- willing to work various shifts including opening and closing
Job Qualifications
- minimum six months barista or related experience preferred
- familiarity with specialty coffee
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- strong customer service skills with genuine interpersonal communication
- experience in sous chef, juicery, or similar fast-paced roles encouraged
- reliable and self-motivated
- ability to work weekend shifts including Sundays
Job Duties
- prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the roastery and shop
- engage with customers with genuine and caring service
- operate both front-of-house barista and kitchen assembly tasks
- work a variety of shifts including opening and closing
- multitask efficiently under fast-paced conditions
- assist in maintaining stock and inventory
