- Prior experience as a barista preferred
- ability to work full time including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to perform food preparation following HACCP guidelines
- capable of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in work area
- ability to handle cash and POS accurately
- good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies
- maintain cleanliness of service area and equipment
- ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- follow HACCP standards
- greet customers courteously and address concerns
- serve customers efficiently to prevent delays
- explain menu items accurately
- maintain attractive display of food and beverages
- clean workstations and equipment thoroughly
- perform other duties as assigned
