Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years previous barista experience preferred
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with varying hours
- must be able to handle cash and use POS equipment accurately
- ability to follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years barista experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of espresso and coffee preparation
- ability to handle cash and POS systems
- understanding of HACCP food safety standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to work flexible full-time hours Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device
- accepts cash and charge payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- ensures proper food preparation using approved recipes and following production standards
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving
- greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction
- serves customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
- explains daily menu items accurately to customers
- promotes selling techniques by establishing communication and assisting buying decisions
- ensures all displayed foods are merchandised attractively
- performs other duties as assigned
