- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
Job Duties
- Use a guest first mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
- Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company guidelines and Health Department requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
