Job Requirements
- Must be 17 plus years old
- Must have restaurant experience
- Bakery experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must be able to work in an environment that handles nuts and gluten
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must have references
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple stations and tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good sense of humor
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Greeting and conversing with guests
- Preparing all coffee and tea drinks
- Creating in-house syrups
- Assembling product packaging such as bags and boxes
- Organizing and managing inventory of front of house
- Maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing all equipment and spaces during and after use
- Working the register with familiarity of TOAST preferred
- Working the cold sandwich station
- Producing cream cheese
- Preparing cold sandwich station prep
- Light baking
- Managing facilities
- Lifting 50lbs or more
- Following direction and being receptive to feedback
- Adhering to OSHA health codes and CDC guidelines
- Collaborating well with others while maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility
