Job Duties
- Expertly crafting specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages
- Ensuring all beverages served meet Ascension standards
- Demonstrating and upholding the highest level of guest service
- Having working knowledge of all coffee-related equipment
- Actively troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Continually expanding knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol program, and hospitality
- Receiving and implementing feedback quickly
- Forging strong interpersonal connections with customers and team members
- Participating in an inclusive and quality-focused culture using thoughtful communication
