The Barista / Food and Beverage Attendant at Hilton plays a vital role in enhancing every guest experience across the hotel's various food and beverage outlets, which include restaurants, bars, banquet halls, in-hotel cafes, and room service. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service or related field
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate loads
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
