Harwood Hospitality Group prides itself on its mission to "Escape the Ordinary," creating an environment where both guests and associates feel inspired by creativity, passion, and style. This mission is evident in the exceptional service and culinary excellence that define every interaction and experience offered across their properties.

Among its exciting ventures is Fig & Favor, a European-inspired market specializing in daily essentials and specialty favorites sourced from the Harwood District. Fig & Favor serves as a convenient spot for customers seeking grab-and-go sandwiches, a full coffee menu, ready-to-heat dinners, Sommelier-selected wines, and a delightful assortment of gelato and treats. Whether it’s for a last-minute gift, a comforting break during a busy workday, or a daily ritual of savoring a carefully crafted latte, Fig & Favor provides a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that blends quality with convenience.

The Barista role at Fig & Favor is one of passion and engagement, perfect for individuals who enjoy creating joy through exceptional service. As a Barista, responsibilities include crafting perfect coffee beverages, maintaining a spotless and inviting space, and delivering service that anticipates and fulfills guests' needs with meticulous attention to detail. Baristas at Harwood Hospitality are expected to bring their vibrant personality and honest integrity to their work, contributing to the welcoming culture that the group fosters throughout all its establishments.

Working at Harwood Hospitality means becoming part of a community that values mutual respect, growth, and the joy of doing meaningful work. The company emphasizes creating an environment where associates are supported to develop their careers through continuous opportunities for advancement. The comprehensive benefits program reflects the group’s commitment to its team, offering medical coverage, career growth opportunities, attractive earning potential, and internal employee discounts. This focus on associate well-being and professional development is central to ensuring that both employees and guests consistently experience the highest level of hospitality.

The role of Barista is more than just preparing coffee; it’s about embodying the brand’s values by fostering connections, ensuring quality, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
