We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time baristas. This is an excellent opportunity for people who love coffee and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service. The role is not temporary; we are looking for team members interested in long-term employment who can grow with us. As a barista, your responsibilities will include preparing all food and drink products according to standard recipes, operating the POS system efficiently to process orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. You will engage directly with customers by taking orders, offering friendly service, and addressing questions or concerns to guarantee a positive experience. In addition, you will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. For experienced baristas, additional duties may include opening and closing the store, managing inventory by tracking supplies and marking items for reorder, and fulfilling shift lead responsibilities.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus
- experience with POS is advantageous
- strong ability to learn and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members
