Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus
- experience with POS is advantageous
- strong ability to learn and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members
- reliable punctual responsible and detail-oriented

Job Duties
- Preparation of all food and drink products according to standard recipes
- operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area including equipment and utensils
- ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
