Job Requirements

The ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time
The use of hands to handle or feel and the ability to reach with hands and arm
The ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch
The ability to squat, bend, twist, and reach for items below waist level or above shoulders
The ability to lift, push, pull, carry and or move up to 50 pounds
The ability to speak loudly and clearly
This role is subject to loud noise for extended periods of time depending on the time and day of the week

Job Qualifications

At least one year of barista experience
Experience as a server is a plus
Knowledge of how cafe business flows
Passion for coffee, food, and creating unique experiences

Job Duties

Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods
Remain knowledgeable about ACC's current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques
Provide excellent customer service to all members
Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor at all times
Understand and follow all health, food, and safety guidelines
