Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
- Able to stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation OR previous experience as a Barista

- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
Job Duties
- Serve all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer
- Educate customers about the specialty drinks, coffees, and food items
- Accurately enter sales orders into cash register and complete transactions courteously
- Assist in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work efficiently during day shift hours
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations
