Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects like bags of coffee beans

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages following established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper grinding, tamping, and extraction of coffee to deliver excellent taste
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and making menu recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including coffee preparation station, equipment, and dining area
- Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours
- Stay updated on industry trends, coffee blends, and brewing techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and timely
