Job Requirements

Possess the interest and ability to actively work to become Barista certified by passing all required trainings and certifications within 90 days of start date
Must be able to perform physical tasks during the shift
Ability to engage customers with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Reliable and punctual work attendance
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
Passion for coffee and eagerness to expand knowledge
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Capability to perform various physical tasks during work shifts

Job Duties

Welcomes customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience
Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
Serves customers promptly with a sense of urgency
Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of coffee and tea
Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products
Maintains a clean and well-stocked store
Embraces team collaboration and builds positive relationships with coworkers
