Job Requirements
- Possess the interest and ability to actively work to become Barista certified by passing all required trainings and certifications within 90 days of start date
- Must be able to perform physical tasks during the shift
- Ability to engage customers with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Reliable and punctual work attendance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and apply new information quickly
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to expand knowledge
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Capability to perform various physical tasks during work shifts
Job Duties
- Welcomes customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience
- Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Serves customers promptly with a sense of urgency
- Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of coffee and tea
- Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products
- Maintains a clean and well-stocked store
- Embraces team collaboration and builds positive relationships with coworkers
