Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Strong interest and passion for specialty coffee
- Problem solver and analytical thinker
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Willingness to learn and accommodate industry changes
- Required to work nights, weekends, and or holidays
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Strong interest and passion for specialty coffee
- Excellent salesperson with ability to upsell
- Hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain courteous
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes
- Team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment
- Selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment
- Providing menu recommendations and additional information
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies
- Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment
- Other duties as assigned
