Job Requirements
- Interest in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee
- active TABC and ServSafe certification required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- strong ability to multitask
- ability to problem solve quickly
- strong customer service and communication skills
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- able to stand for prolonged periods during shift
- able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time

Job Duties
- Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers
- selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies
- preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks
- prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards
- properly handle and maintain all equipment
- respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- observe relevant health and safety standards
- other duties as assigned
