Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work a minimum of 22 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Passion for coffee and customer service
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions – our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
