Job Requirements
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality
- passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- strong communicator with positive, solution-oriented attitude
- reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
- available to work at least 22 hours per week
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred

- reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- work all café positions – our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
- keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
- produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
