The position is hourly, with a base pay of $17.00, supplemented by tips averaging around $4.00 per hour, depending on location, hours worked, and service quality. Better Buzz Baristas are cross-trained to handle multiple café positions, including working in the kitchen to prepare food orders. They are responsible for delivering the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service, being knowledgeable about all coffee, tea, food, and specialty drink offerings, and consistently preparing and serving beverages and food to the company’s high recipe standards. Baristas also maintain clean and safe spaces, keep stock levels appropriate to each station, and follow stringent health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both guests and team members.
