Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Positive energy and enthusiasm for customer service
- Experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including kitchens and food preparation
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for guests and team members
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients according to station needs
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
