Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work a minimum of 22 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple café positions
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including kitchen preparation to make food to order
- Keep our spaces clean safe and always ready for guests and teammates
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
- Follow health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
