As the company expands, they are looking for driven, hardworking, and passionate individuals to join their team as Baristas at this new location. As a Barista at Better Buzz Coffee, you will do more than just prepare and serve coffee; you will be an ambassador for the Buzz Life. The position requires delivering fast, friendly, and genuine service that reflects the company’s core values of energy, authenticity, and hospitality. Baristas are expected to be knowledgeable about the full menu, including coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks, and must consistently prepare and serve items according to set recipe standards. The role also involves cross-training in various cafe positions, including cashiering, expo, working drive-thru (if applicable), supporting third-party delivery and online orders, and back-of-house food preparation duties. This comprehensive training ensures that employees gain a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of the business.

Candidates who join the Better Buzz team are enthusiastic, personable, and live to share great coffee moments while making every guest feel like an old friend. They are energetic and competitive, always striving to bring their best to each shift and every customer interaction. Availability for a minimum of 22 hours a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential to succeed in this role. Better Buzz Coffee offers a competitive base pay of $17 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional tips once the new location opens, averaging around $4.00 per hour based on previous reporting.
