Job Requirements
- Available to work at least 22 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn and work all cafe positions
- Willingness to undergo training at Menifee location
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all cafe positions including cashier, expo, drive-thru support, third-party delivery support, and back-of-house food preparation
- Keep our space clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates
