Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work at least 22 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual

- Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week

Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- Work all café positions including kitchens to make food to order
- Keep our spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates
- Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
