Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
- ability to work at least 22 hours per week
- available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
- be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
- prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
- work all café positions including kitchens to make food to order
- keep spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests and teammates
- produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
- stock all necessary ingredients according to each station's needs
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
