Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- passion for coffee and customer engagement
- must be at least 18 years old to participate in 401(k) plan
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to work location
- physically able to perform job duties
- commitment to complete barista certification program
- ability to work collaboratively in a team

- capable of performing physical tasks required during work shift

- completion of barista certification within 90 days of hire
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and engage with them throughout their store experience
- determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- serve customers with a sense of urgency and customer-first mentality
- prepare drinks and brew coffee and tea to consistent quality standards
- participate in training to learn new and promotional products and expand product knowledge
- maintain a clean and well-stocked store
- support daily coffeebar functions and operational excellence
