Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for the entire length of shift
- Ability to perform lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred

- Basic understanding of coffee preparation and beverage making
- Ability to learn and follow brand-specific beverage recipes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques
- Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines
- Assist in opening or closing of the location
- Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment
- Record all transactions via the point of sale system
- Maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
- Collect money for food and beverage items and process credit cards or determine correct change for guests
