Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility with work hours
  • Commitment to uphold company standards and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Smile and welcome customers when they enter the coffeehouse
  • Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee beverages
  • Serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches
  • Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers from hello to goodbye
  • Follow Caffe Nero coffee standards everyday
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
