Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior customer service or retail experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to work weekends and holidays
available for full time employment

Job Duties

Smile and welcome customers when they enter the coffeehouse
prepare and serve handcrafted coffee beverages
serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches
provide one to one service to all customers, from hello to goodbye
follow Caffe Nero coffee standards everyday
develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
