Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Capability to stand and walk for entire shifts
Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Good communication skills
Must adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
Must be able to operate necessary food and beverage equipment safely
Must pass background check and eligibility verification

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
Ability to operate coffee makers, grinders and espresso machines
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and payment processing
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Accurately take and confirm guest food and beverage orders including special instructions and restrictions
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages including component ingredients
Process payments and balance all sales and receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
Accurately, promptly, efficiently and safely assemble and transport food and beverage orders to indoor and outdoor guests including drive-thru service
Sell and accurately account for gift cards
Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
