Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older to apply
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Manual dexterity and ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment
- Ability to perform repeated actions for extended periods
- Ability to stand for long periods in a confined workspace
- Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and sandwiches according to brand standards and recipes
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming manner
- Create a positive guest experience through energy, conversation, and attentiveness
- Handle guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
- Support promotions and store initiatives with enthusiasm
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately process POS transactions and cash handling duties
- Work closely with team members to maintain strong store energy and flow
- Stay open to coaching, training, and feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by Café Manager or leadership team
