Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
- stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance
- perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
