Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months of related café or barista experience preferred
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems a plus
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment
- Ability to multitask in a busy café environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability in opening and closing procedures

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide information about available food, beverages, merchandise, and hotel amenities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks following established recipes and operate coffee shop equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including equipment, displays, and floors, according to SOPs
- Restock and refresh merchandise and food displays to ensure an inviting presentation
- Open and close the coffee shop on time, following proper setup and closing procedures
- Process all sales through the Micros system, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to accounting procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, communicate restocking needs, and assist management with ordering
- Secure all cash and deposits per hotel and company policies
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
