Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of barista experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Good manual dexterity and sensory skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including part time or full time
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience working as a barista
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a food service environment
- Experience operating espresso machines
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
Job Duties
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes
- Operate and maintain espresso machines
- Maintain, stock and clean barista area
- Back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed
- Be organized, action oriented and possess excellent verbal communication and listening skills
