The Barista position at Provider Contract Food Service is designed for individuals who have a passion for coffee and customer interaction. Baristas play a key role in providing a premium coffee experience in a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The role calls for exceptional hospitality skills, ensuring customers enjoy their perfect coffee or smoothie in every visit. Baristas must follow company drink recipes and procedures meticulously to maintain consistency and quality. Responsibilities include brewing coffee, preparing smoothie drink recipes, operating and maintaining espresso machines, and ensuring the barista area is well stocked and clean. Baristas may also occasionally support other food service areas, including cashier duties, to help maintain smooth operations.

An ideal candidate will be organized, action-oriented, and equipped with excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Experience is a must, with candidates required to have at least one year of barista experience. Physically, the role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle tasks involving lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, and possess good manual dexterity and sensory abilities.
