Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Engage effectively with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customization
- Perform various tasks throughout the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Comfortable handling responsibilities like cash management and store safety

- Prepare food and beverages following standard and customized recipes
