Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products
- connect with customers and understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes, including adjustments to temperature or ingredient quantities
- handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform various store tasks during shifts
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- stay open to learning new beverage recipes and procedures
