- ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining both attention to detail and a cheerful attitude

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care
- operate POS system (currently TouchBistro) to process orders quickly and accurately
- manage cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions
- provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in coffee preparation area and dining spaces
- assist with food handling, serving, and food safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment
- manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- during slower shifts assist in replenishing supplies of cold drinks, chips, keep FOH tables clean, and wash dishes as needed
