Job Requirements

At least 1 year of barista or café experience
Comfortable operating a POS system
Fast and accurate under pressure
Illinois Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of barista or café experience
Comfortable operating a POS system - Toast experience a plus
Knowledge of specialty tea or Asian beverage concepts preferred
Experience with matcha preparation preferred
Interest in opening a new concept and growing with the team

Job Duties

Prepare handcrafted beverages to SOP specification - fruit teas, milk teas, matcha, coffee
Operate POS register - take orders, process payments, and handle cash accurately
Support the Lead Barista during peak periods
Restock bar stations continuously during service
Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation throughout every shift
Run drinks and light food to tables when needed
Participate in 6-week pre-opening training before public open
