Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a barista
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to follow food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for coffee, ice cream, and desserts
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols
Experience using point-of-sale systems
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other dessert items
Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive experience
Accurately process orders using point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions
Follow opening and closing procedures including equipment setup and cleaning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and manage product displays
