Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to perform basic math
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- good communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
- willingness to undergo on-the-job training
- availability to work varying shifts
- compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- previous customer service experience
- knowledge of food service preferred
- basic math proficiency
- ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently
- experience with retail counting and reconciliation of money
- Serv Safe certification (depending on location)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (depending on location)
Job Duties
- Monitor and record proper temperature of food
- set up and maintain clean and sanitized serving areas
- prepare and serve food items
- restock food areas as needed
- clean and sanitize equipment
- receive payment for food and beverages using computerized registers
- comply with Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
- provide outstanding customer service
- communicate effectively with patrons and co-workers
- maintain quality control standards
- operate kitchen and service equipment, including grills and beverage machines
- work independently when required
