Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 16 years of age
  • ability to perform basic math
  • ability to read and follow written and oral directions
  • willingness to be on feet for majority of the day
  • ability to walk far distances
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of food service preferred

Job Duties

  • Monitor and record proper food temperatures
  • set up and maintain clean and sanitized serving areas
  • prepare and serve food items in compliance with HACCP guidelines
  • restock food areas efficiently
  • clean and sanitize food service equipment
  • receive payment for food and beverages using computerized registers
  • provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and co-workers
