Job Requirements

Minimum of 16 years of age
ability to perform basic math
ability to read and follow written and oral directions
willingness to be on feet for majority of the day
ability to walk far distances
previous customer service experience preferred
knowledge of food service preferred

Job Qualifications

previous customer service experience preferred
knowledge of food service practices preferred
ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
ability to perform basic math
ability to establish effective working relationships
on-the-job training will be provided
Serv Safe certification may be required depending on location
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required depending on location

Job Duties

Monitor and record proper food temperatures
set up and maintain clean and sanitized serving areas
prepare and serve food items in compliance with HACCP guidelines
restock food areas efficiently
clean and sanitize food service equipment
receive payment for food and beverages using computerized registers
provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and co-workers
