The Barista/Bartender role at Neighborly is a highly visible, guest-facing position that combines the craft of traditional coffee making with the hospitality skills of bartending. This full-time or part-time position, offering a competitive starting wage of $18.50 per hour plus tips depending on experience, plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding beverage and dessert experience to both dine-in and takeout customers. The role involves preparing and serving a diverse range of drinks, including handcrafted espresso-based coffee beverages, specialty smoothies, soft serve desserts, alcoholic slushies, cocktails, beers, and wines following established recipes and standards.
