Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience as barista or bartender preferred but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- ability to operate commercial espresso machines
- knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible serving practices
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in high-volume environments preferred
- proficiency in operating commercial espresso equipment and coffee preparation techniques
- knowledge of classic brunch cocktail recipes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- reliability to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- operate and maintain espresso and juicing equipment
- maintain knowledge of local partners and menu items to inform and assist customers
- prepare and serve specialty drinks and cocktails following recipes
- monitor and replenish bar stock including liquor and garnishes
- process customer orders and payments accurately using POS system
- comply with all local and state alcohol service laws including ID checks
- greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- collaborate with team members and assist with opening and closing duties
