Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in coffee preparation or customer service preferred
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule including daytime and evening shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask efficiently
- physical stamina to stand and reach during shifts
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Interacting with guests in a welcoming, personable, and professional manner
- taking orders and preparing both coffee beverages and breakfast food items
- walking in the shoes of a barista, encouraging learning and exploration while crafting drinks and suiting guest needs
- present bills, accept payments, and operate the POS system
- ability to remain calm while listening to guest concerns and complaints
- restock and replenish inventory as the shift progresses
- comply with all food and beverage regulations and procedures
- remaining flexible in a fast-paced, growing environment while remaining focused on the task at hand
- being a supportive co-worker, teammate, and leader in all situations, empowered to make decisions
- assuring the guests’ five senses are satisfied: good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibin’ atmosphere
